All hand-coded sites delivered include three months of content support, included in the delivery cost. This support includes updating text and adding/removing audio, video & pictures from created slide shows, audio players, and video players. This support includes adding new pages that conform to existing layout. This does not include creating new audio or video players, layout changes, video encoding, or anything that involves new creation or development. We reserve the right to define this ourselves.

All CMS deliveries include three months of "how to" support, included. Content support is additional and available from three month to two year lengths.
